Senior Service Technician
Requirements
The position of Senior Service Technician is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, experienced individual who can diagnose and service systems for existing and new clients.  The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience as a lead technician – installation, troubleshooting, and repairing audio, video, telephone and lighting systems.  He or she must be able to understand, interpret and markup wire charts, flow diagrams, elevations and other written materials.  The position also requires good oral and written communication skills. MS Word, Excel, VectorWorks, and Crestron, Panasonic, Lutron, and LiteTouch Programming are a plus.
Responsibilities
A knowledgeable Senior Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and solving complex system issues, and working independently to solve these job-specific problems.  Candidate must be comfortable around a demanding client base with high expectations.  All Around Technology offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

Audio Video Engineering
Requirements
The right candidate should have familiarity in either commercial or residential audio video electronics and a degree in a technical field. In addition, proficiency with AutoCAD, network design and configuration, and a working knowledge of architectural drawings and acoustics is desirable.
Responsibilities
Engineers are responsible for producing the documentation from which our systems get wired and built.  In addition, you will assist sales consultants with feasibility and cost estimates and review project documentation, producing technical drawings and coordination with other trades.

Control Systems Programmer
Requirements
Successful candidates should have familiarity in one or more of the following:
• Creston and/or AMX programming and a knowledge of their products
• LUTRON and or LIGHTTOUCH advanced whole-house programming
• Panasonic and or other home office telephone systems
• Advanced data networks and encryption architecture
Responsibilities
You will work with client, sales, project management, engineering teams to insure that the electronics are integrated and perform properly with user friendly GUls for individuals not accustomed to electronic control systems. You must be comfortable working with clients and presenting and training our system’s features.

Project Management
Requirements
The ideal Project Manager must have 2 to 5 years directly related experience or a degree in construction project management. Must know how to work well with teams including internal staff, contractors, architects and home building trade professionals. You need to have a strong sense of client satisfaction and the ability to manage difficult client situations diplomatically. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Windows is a must.
Responsibilities
Must be well organized and have the ability to juggle objectives of others while keeping jobs on schedule. This key position requires organizational skills second to none. You will handle projects from inception to completion including costing, implementation and billing. Additionally you will have profit and loss responsibility.

Technical Installation
Requirements
An effective technical installer will have a minimum of 3 years of directly related technical installation experience in the residential and/or commercial audio/video, lighting control, automated shade, telecom, and/or home theater integration industry.  Understanding of all technical fields is not a requirement, but technicians regularly switch between different jobs and job tasks.  Other requirements include:
• Ability to read architectural plans for construction, electrical, and low-voltage information
• Basic knowledge of Windows PC
• General knowledge of site etiquette and construction methods/techniques
• Good to excellent physical condition for difficult wiring or construction tasks
• Exceptionally good teamwork skills and leadership skills on site (Tech Leads)
• Commitment to consistently arrive on time and ready to work
• Neat/clean appearance and work habits
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
Responsibilities
Skilled technicians will take a strong sense of pride in their work and satisfaction in the finished product.  Technical leads are ultimately responsible for completing a job as specified by sales, project management, and engineering departments.  Leads are also responsible for managing a technician crew of one to five people on a job site and overseeing the progress and priorities of the project.  All Around Technology’s clientele holds the company to an exceptionally demanding standard of installation and performance.  A technician with exceptional in the moment problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude can be the company’s strongest asset.
